Publication Process

All the papers orally presented in the symposium will be published in the symposium e-book with ISBN number. The Scientific Committee has the right to reject the publication of a full paper after its presentation if only it does not meet the requirements of the symposium. Before submitting your final paper, please read the rules for e-book publication below.  Papers which do not folow general writing rules will not to be published.

•  Papers must be submitted in digital format before the deadline.
• Papers received after the deadline will not be presented at the symposium and will not be included in the symposium e-book.
• Papers should only be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
•  There is no page limit for full-papers
•  Paper size is required to be A4.
•  Page margins are required to be 3 cm/ 1.18 inches.
•  Pages should not be numbered
•  Pages should not have headers and/or footers.
• The text is required to be prepared in Times New Roman
•  The title of the text is required to written in 12 font size and the main text is required to be written in 11 font size.
• Table/figure content is required to be prepared in 10 font size.
•  The texts are required to be prepared in a single column layout.
•  The first page of the text of the paper should include
• Full name of the author(s), Title of the author(s), University of the author(s)
•  Country of author/authors, e-mail addresses of authors
• In addition, a REVISED SUMMARY should be written on the first page, not exceeding 250 words in Turkish and English.
•  Abstracts should contain at least three keywords.
•  References should be prepared according to the APA format
